📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on basic mining principles, including geology, mining methods, and safety protocols.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and practical demonstrations to enhance learning and understanding.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to team members, addressing individual learning needs and career development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mining engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of safety and sustainability, integrating these principles into all training activities.
• Participate in internal and external training workshops to expand professional knowledge and network with industry peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of fundamental mining principles, including geology, mining methods, and safety protocols.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Knowledge of relevant certifications, such as Certified Mining Professional (CMP) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geol.).
• Commitment to sustainability and responsible mining practices.
