• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with the Agri Business Unit and the broader SMEC Group's operations.
• Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
