📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC bending and press brake machines with high precision and accuracy.
- Interpret and translate CAD drawings into precise metal bending operations.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machinery.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the workshop.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Bending / Press Brake Machine Operator.
- Proficiency in operating CNC bending and press brake machines.
- Strong understanding of CAD software and metalworking principles.
- Certification in CNC machine operation or related field is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training and development programs.
