📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the entire shipping process, from order processing to delivery.,Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.,Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.,Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping issues and delays.,Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with carriers to optimize expenses.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping routes, schedules, and carrier services.,Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding shipping inquiries and updates.,Assist in the development and implementation of shipping policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and documentation, preferably in the food or agricultural sector.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
