📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in training and developing staff.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
