📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Monitoring and analyzing quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Training and mentoring junior quality control inspectors.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
