In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
