As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores. You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, organized, and meet the high standards of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure that stores are well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
  • Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the store.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
