In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
