In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastries that meet our customers' expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Create and maintain recipes to ensure consistency and quality in our pastries.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that pastries are prepared and served on time.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Ensure that all pastries are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure that we are operating efficiently.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that our standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
