📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any discrepancies.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on MEP systems and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to budget and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure overall project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision for construction projects.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., NCSEA, BIM, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with construction projects in Bali is a plus.
