📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client strategies.,Analyze client data and provide insights to support business decisions.,Build and maintain a strong network within the client organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued success of client accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
