Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in managing inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist in managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.,Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.,Assist in handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports.,Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in retail management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
