📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and updates using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads and managers to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee files and performance records.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report generation, and database management.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
