📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing, cooking, and plating food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Assist in managing inventory and ordering food supplies.,Help in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Assist in preparing special dietary meals for patients when required.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions to improve processes and standards.,Assist in maintaining accurate records of food usage and waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
