As a Cost Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the production team to ensure accurate cost tracking and analysis. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP and Excel to manage financial data, and your insights will help drive strategic decisions that enhance profitability and operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze production costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost records and reports using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct cost variance analysis to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement cost control measures and cost reduction initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
• Provide cost accounting support for special projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Certification in Cost Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
