As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
