📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover past-due contracts (91-210 days) for our automotive and motorcycle portfolio
• Conduct thorough collections activities, including phone calls, visits, and negotiations
• Utilize our proprietary CRM system and data analytics platforms to track and analyze collections performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve recovery rates
• Monitor and report on collections metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management and collections
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and integrity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, collections, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful collections activities, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and collections practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
