🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in engineering or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in field engineering management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable engineering solutions.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in English and Japanese languages is a must.,Experience with Elastic products and technologies is a plus.
