📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the CRM system to enhance customer interactions and improve business outcomes.,Oversee the administration of customer data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the CRM and administrative team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.,Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Maintain and update administrative systems and processes to align with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant CRM software and administrative tools.
