📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement client retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Work with sales and service teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for retention.
  • Present retention strategies to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of asset management products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
