📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and promotions.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail space to enhance the shopping experience.,Stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure optimal display and availability.,Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promoting products and services to customers to drive sales.,Providing feedback to store managers on customer preferences and sales trends.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
