Klinik Putri Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our restaurant's growth. This is a full-time position located in Pontianak, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment software.
