📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the development and registration of spare parts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure the availability and quality of parts.
• Develop and maintain detailed parts planning and development schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new parts and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on parts planning and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive parts technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts planning and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts standards and regulations.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
