📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design appropriate programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems (LMS).,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
