📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in the performance management process.,Conduct exit interviews and manage employee termination processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting is a plus.
