📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support
• Perform administrative tasks such as patient registration, scheduling, and documentation using Epic EMR and Cerner
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment
• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as per physician's orders
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures
• Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations and policies
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve common goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in healthcare or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Epic EMR or Cerner is a plus
• Valid CPR certification is a plus
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Fluent in English and Indonesian languages
