In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to minimize costs and prevent breakdowns.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operations.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers when necessary.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for vehicle operations.
