📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the area office.,Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivity.,Manage a team of staff and ensure they are motivated and productive.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong understanding of business operations and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
