• Oversee the Command Center, ensuring seamless coordination and real-time monitoring of operations.
• Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and development opportunities to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that the Command Center remains at the forefront of operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using operational management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
